Getting Started
Creating Your First Board
Click on the board selector dropdown in the Projects tab header, then select "New Board" to create a new board. Each board has its own columns, cards, and sprints.
Board Sharing
Click the share icon next to the board settings to share your board with team members. Shared users can view and edit all cards on the board.
Cards
Creating Cards
Click "New Card" button or press N to create a new card. Each card automatically gets a unique task ID (e.g., PRJ-001).
Card Details
Click any card to open the detail panel on the right. Here you can:
- Title & Description: Edit the card's title and add a detailed description
- Assignee: Assign the card to a team member
- Priority: Set Low, Medium, or High priority
- Labels: Add labels like Bug, Feature, Design, Docs, Marketing
- Due Date: Set a deadline (overdue cards show a red indicator)
- Sprint: Assign to a sprint for sprint planning
- Story Points: Estimate effort (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21)
Drag and Drop
Drag cards between columns to change their status. Cards can be reordered within columns by dragging.
Subtasks & Dependencies
Subtasks
Add subtasks to break down work into smaller items. Check off subtasks as you complete them - a progress bar shows completion percentage on the card.
Dependencies
Link cards using dependencies:
- Blocked By: This card cannot start until another card is done
- Blocks: Other cards are waiting for this card to be completed
